Shabi Shabnam

Shabi Shabnam came into wider public attention through the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 launch even though she ultimately did not become a main-house contestant. Before the show, she was active as a social-media personality with modelling and acting associations, using the handle @shabnamskhan_official.

Season 10 introduced an unusual grand-premiere system in which some potential contestants had to win an audience vote even after reaching the launch stage. Shabi was placed in the first high-profile three-way selection alongside Mahanadhi actress Lakshmi Priya and actress Shathiga.

Only two of the three could enter. The launch audience selected Lakshmi Priya and Shathiga, leaving Shabi marked Not Selected before the main-house competition began. Her record is therefore kept as a launch-stage/potential contestant rather than being presented as someone who lived in the Bigg Boss house.

This distinction matters for search accuracy: Shabi was genuinely part of the Season 10 launch process, but her profile should not claim Bigg Boss house days, nominations or an eviction from inside the house.
