Avinash Ashok

Avinash Ashok built his career through dance, modelling and television acting. Born in Coimbatore and later based in Chennai, he first became familiar to reality-TV viewers through dance competitions before expanding into serial work.

His television credits include Kayal, Veetuku Veedu Vaasapadi and Magale En Marumagale. He has also appeared in programmes such as Dance Jodi Dance 2.0 and Jodi Are You Ready Season 2, giving him experience in both scripted and competitive television. Public profiles also list earlier serial work such as Tamil Selvi.

Avinash is married to Tresa Maria Joseph. His family connection became part of the Season 10 launch itself because his sister, actress Akshitha Ashok, was also brought onto the grand-premiere stage as a potential contestant.

Only one of the siblings could secure the place offered in their audience-vote round. Avinash won the vote and entered the Bigg Boss Tamil 10 house, while Akshitha was marked Not Selected. The twist gave his Season 10 journey an immediate personal storyline before the regular house game began.
