Puviyarasu Muthusamy

Puviyarasu Muthusamy, better known as Puvi Arasu or simply Puvi, has a career that combines sport, dance and television acting. He is also academically trained in structural engineering, giving him a professional background outside entertainment.

Puvi entered the public entertainment space through dance competition, including Maanada Mayilada Season 7, and later became a regular face in Tamil serials. His television work includes Lakshmi Vanthachu, Azhagiya Tamil Magal, Oru Oorla Oru Rajakumari and the lead role in Vidhya No.1. He has also competed in multiple dance/reality programmes.

In 2024, Puvi and his wife Mohanapriya won Mr & Mrs Chinnathirai Season 5. The couple married in 2021 and have a child. His background as a national-level athlete and choreographer adds another dimension to a profile already well established through serial television.

Puvi reached the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 grand-premiere selection process but did not ultimately enter the main house. His record is therefore maintained as Not Selected, preserving the launch-stage connection without inaccurately describing him as an evicted housemate.
