Gayathri Suresh

Gayathri Suresh is an Indian actress, model, dancer and television personality from Thrissur, Kerala. She became widely known after winning the Miss Kerala 2014 title and later moved into Malayalam cinema. Before entering the entertainment industry full time, Gayathri had worked in the banking sector, giving her career an early phase outside films and modelling.

Gayathri made her Malayalam film debut with Jamna Pyari in 2015, acting opposite Kunchacko Boban. She subsequently appeared in films including Karinkunnam 6'S, Ore Mugham, Oru Mexican Aparatha, Sakhavu, Varnyathil Aashanka, Kala Viplavam Pranayam, Naam and Children's Park. Her public profile has also included modelling, dance, anchoring and other entertainment appearances.

Her Miss Kerala win was an important turning point, helping move her from a conventional professional career toward cinema. Gayathri has spoken in earlier profiles about an interest in dance and stage performance from her younger years, and her screen career has kept her visible to Malayalam audiences across films and media appearances.

In September 2026, Gayathri entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 as one of the better-known film personalities in the launch lineup. Her arrival brought an established public image into a format where contestants are judged less by scripted performances and more by everyday behaviour, communication, tasks and relationships inside the house.
