Gautham Sasi

Gautham G Sasi, commonly known as Gautham Sasi, is a Kerala-based stand-up comedian, actor and digital content creator from Thiruvananthapuram. He entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 after building recognition through conversational comedy, social media and Malayalam television.

An important early turning point in Gautham's public journey came through Clubhouse, where his spontaneous conversations and natural comic timing began attracting attention. Rather than relying only on tightly scripted stand-up material, his humour is often built around reactions, speech patterns, nervous energy and the ability to turn everyday conversation into comedy.

Gautham later received wider television exposure through Oru Chiri Iru Chiri Bumper Chiri. He has spoken about the anxiety surrounding his first appearance on the show and how he improvised on stage without a fully prepared set. That experience became part of the story of how an initially hesitant performer developed a broader comedy audience.

His entertainment credits have expanded beyond stand-up. Public profiles connect him with the Malayalam fantasy-comedy project Valsala Club: Oru Cringe Kalyanam and with the Malayalam pop single Pipile Vellam Pole. These appearances reflect a gradual move from social-audio recognition into television and screen entertainment.

Gautham entered Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 on September 6, 2026. The format gives viewers a chance to see the personality behind the comedian, with his humour, conflict handling and relationships inside the house becoming part of his reality-show journey.
