Lakshmi Priya

Lakshmi Priya is a Tamil television and film actress who built a public profile through modelling, cinema and serial work before entering Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10. She is a different person from Lakshmi Priya, the Malayalam actress and Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4 finalist.

Her early screen career included Tamil film work such as Panni Kutty and Trip, while television gave her a larger recurring audience. She entered Tamil serial entertainment through Mangalyadosham and later became especially recognised as Kaveri in Vijay TV's Mahanadhi. The role made her a familiar face among current Tamil television viewers and became the strongest identity associated with her before Bigg Boss.

Her film work has also included projects such as The Road and Pathu Thala, alongside modelling and promotional assignments. Her official public Instagram identity is @lakshmipriyaoffl, which is associated with the Mahanadhi actress and should not be attached to the Malayalam Season 4 contestant.

Lakshmi Priya reached the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 grand premiere on 6 September 2026 in a launch-night audience selection alongside Shathiga and Shabi Shabnam. The audience vote sent Lakshmi Priya and Shathiga into the main house, while Shabi Shabnam was marked Not Selected. Her Season 10 record therefore begins as an original Day 1 housemate.
