Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 premiered on 6 September 2026, marking the tenth regular season of the Telugu edition. Nagarjuna Akkineni returned as host for his eighth consecutive season, with Star Maa carrying the television broadcast and JioHotstar providing digital streaming.

The grand premiere introduced 16 confirmed contestants: 10 celebrity-side housemates and six entrants who reached the main competition through Bigg Boss Telugu Agnipariksha Season 2.
