Vamsi Krishna

Vamsi Krishna, widely known as Temper Vamsi, is a Telugu film actor and character artist from Andhra Pradesh. His career began at the junior-artist level, and he spent years trying to build opportunities through small roles before becoming more recognisable.

Vamsi has spoken about being a strong admirer of Chiranjeevi and coming to Film Nagar with photographs while looking for work. Director Puri Jagannadh later gave him opportunities, and his role as a villain in Temper became the performance that permanently attached the film's title to his public name.

After Temper, he continued appearing in major Telugu productions, with credits associated with films including Attarintiki Daredi, Bharat Ane Nenu, Saaho, Bheeshma, Vakeel Saab, HIT 2 and Devara. His career has largely been built through supporting and antagonist roles rather than conventional hero parts.

Temper Vamsi entered Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10 on 6 September 2026 as a direct celebrity contestant. Bigg Boss offers a contrast between his on-screen villain image and his real personality.
