Rhiya Ahir

Rhiya Ahir is an Indian model, anchor, entrepreneur and social-media personality who became widely discussed online before Bigg Boss 20 after videos of her public activism and protest-related appearances circulated on social platforms. She was among the names brought into the Season 20 launch process, but her final status is different from the 16 contestants who actually entered the main house.

The season’s “Fans Ka Faisla” twist placed Rhiya against Punjabi actress Love Gill and asked viewers to decide which of them should receive a place in the Bigg Boss house. Both appeared in the launch context, but the public vote went in Love’s favour. Rhiya therefore did not become a regular Week 1 housemate and should not be counted among the 16 confirmed entrants.

After the result, Rhiya remained part of the public conversation around the season and responded strongly to trolling directed at her online. That post-selection attention is relevant to her media profile, but it should not be rewritten as a Bigg Boss house journey because she did not enter the main competition.

On BiggBoss World, her relationship to Season 20 should be labelled “Potential Housemate / Fans Ka Faisla contender – Not Selected”. Keeping that distinction prevents search pages and contestant counts from incorrectly presenting 17 active housemates.
