Aamrapali Dubey

Aamrapali Dubey is an Indian actress from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, best known for becoming one of the most prominent female stars of Bhojpuri cinema. Before her Bhojpuri film career, she worked in Hindi television, appearing in serials including Saat Phere – Saloni Ka Safar and Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein.

Her shift to Bhojpuri films became the defining turn in her career. She made a major impact with Nirahua Hindustani and went on to appear in a long series of commercially visible Bhojpuri productions, including later films in the Nirahua franchise and titles such as Border and Sher Singh. Over time she became one of the industry’s most recognisable actresses and received multiple awards within Bhojpuri cinema.

Aamrapali entered Bigg Boss Hindi Season 20 as a confirmed original contestant. Ahead of and around the premiere, she said her purpose was not simply to increase fame but to let viewers see the person behind the screen roles. She also signalled that she was prepared for old controversies or personal questions to come up inside the house rather than treating them as reasons to avoid the format.

Her Bigg Boss profile should currently list her as “In House” with no final placement. Any weekly nomination history, captaincy, special powers or eviction result must be added from the ongoing season rather than inferred from her existing popularity.
