Born on April 24, 1995, in Aryanad, Thiruvananthapuram, she grew up in a traditional household and eventually pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sanskrit. Though she was known to be quite shy during her childhood, her natural flair for performance eventually led her to the world of acting, where she has since undergone a remarkable transformation into a confident and versatile artist.
Her professional journey began in 2014 with a role in the television serial Aniyathi on Mazhavil Manorama. This debut opened the doors to numerous opportunities in the soap opera circuit, where she became a regular face in popular shows like Padhatha Painkili, Sathya Enna Penkutty, and Surabhiyum Suhasiniyum. Her ability to portray both innocent "girl-next-door" characters and stronger, lead-centric roles earned her significant praise, including the 2023 award for Best Second Heroine for her work in Surabhiyum Suhasiniyum.
However, it was her transition into the reality and game show format that truly catapulted her to stardom. As a permanent fixture on the celebrity game show Star Magic (formerly Tamaar Padaar) on Flowers TV, Anumol’s quick wit, comedic timing, and vibrant energy made her a fan favorite. Her popularity expanded into the digital world through the hit web series Abhi Weds Mahi, where her chemistry with co-star Jeevan Gopal became a viral sensation. She also successfully transitioned into films, appearing in projects such as Maheshum Maruthiyum, Kalyanam, and Radiogramam 2.0.
The year 2025 marked the biggest milestone of her career when she entered the Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 house as a contestant.
