About Agnipareeksha
Bigg Boss Malayalam Agnipareeksha Season 1 was the pre-season commoner-selection programme connected with Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8. It provided applicants with a televised route to compete for a place associated with the main Bigg Boss house before Season 8 began.
The programme was hosted by Reneesha Rahiman. Former Bigg Boss Malayalam contestants Ranjini Haridas, Riyas Salim and Akhil Marar are listed with the judging panel, bringing previous franchise experience into the selection process.
The candidate pool included participants from a range of backgrounds, with occupation and location shown where those details were available. Candidate cards keep the selection-show field separate from the confirmed Season 8 housemate roster.
The completed results show Eldho George, Shijin S, Loletta Rodrigues and Rakesh Jacob as the four Agnipareeksha participants who progressed into the main Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 house. The remaining candidates are retained as part of the completed selection-show archive.
Asianet and JioHotstar are listed as the television and digital platforms for the programme. This archive records Agnipareeksha independently, while the Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 page remains the main-season record.
