Sambhavna Seth is a prominent Indian actress, dancer, model, and vlogger, widely recognized for her prolific work in Bhojpuri cinema and Hindi television. Born on December 12, 1980, in Delhi, she grew up in the capital and completed her graduation from Maitreyi College. Following her studies, she moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, initially working as a model before finding her footing as a performer in dance-centric roles.
Her career journey began in the early 2000s with her debut in the Bollywood film Paagalpan in 2001. While she appeared in several Hindi films like 36 China Town and Zameer, she gained immense popularity as a leading "item girl" in the Bhojpuri film industry, where she has performed in over 200 songs. Her breakthrough into mainstream national fame came in 2008 when she participated as a contestant in the second season of the reality show Bigg Boss. Her bold personality and competitive spirit made her one of the most talked-about participants in the show's history, a role she later reprised as a "challenger" in Bigg Boss Halla Bol in 2015.
