Bigg Boss Hindi Season 2
Bigg Boss Hindi Season 2 premiered on 17 August 2008 with Shilpa Shetty as host. The season expanded the early Hindi format with a varied cast, returns and unusual exits, before Ashutosh Kaushik won the title ahead of runner-up Raja Chaudhary and third-place finalist Zulfi Syed.
Season Information
Bigg Boss Hindi Season 2 premiered on 17 August 2008 with Shilpa Shetty as host. The second Hindi season brought together contestants from acting, modelling, music, comedy, politics and reality television.
Several journeys did not follow a simple launch-to-eviction pattern. Monica Bedi returned after an earlier eviction, while Jade Goody left for medical reasons shortly after entering the house.
Rahul Mahajan became one of the season’s central contestants but was removed near the end after refusing the required return-and-apology process following an incident in which several housemates climbed out of the property.
The finale ended with Ashutosh Kaushik as winner, Raja Chaudhary as runner-up and Zulfi Syed in third place, closing a season strongly shaped by late-game disciplinary decisions.
