Jhilam Gupta

Jhilam Gupta is a Bengali digital creator, writer, comedian and social-media personality from Kolkata. Before becoming widely known on video platforms, she worked professionally in writing and editorial roles.

Jhilam has publicly documented a background in English literature, freelance journalism, photography, SEO writing and copy editing. Her professional biography also notes work connected with Bengali newspapers and a special issue of Femina.

She later shifted toward full-time video creation, using observational humour around Bengali family life, public transport, Kolkata culture and everyday social behaviour. One of her local-train observation videos became a major viral hit, and she also expanded into stand-up, event hosting and published writing.

Jhilam entered Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3 on 30 August 2026 as an original contestant. Her quick humour became visible immediately, but the house has also shown a more emotional side, including an early misunderstanding with Monami Ghosh after a joke about clothing.

Her nominations, house days and final placement remain open while Season 3 continues.
